The conclusion follows from the above definition: careful preparation for annealing is no less important than preparation for pairing. First you need to make friends with the guys from the tire workshop, because during the training it will become your second home. It will also provide wholesale discounts on rear tires (preferably used) and on their replacement. At the same time, it does not hurt to stock up with a rear star of an increased diameter. With standard annealing, it is much more difficult and dangerous.
Next, you should choose a training ground located as far away as possible from the female looking eyes. This will avoid universal shame in the event that something goes wrong. An asphalt wasteland or a rarely used road outside the city is ideal. The asphalt surface should be clean, smooth, without potholes and not have a pronounced slope.
How to burn rubber in place.
This article is not for the Japanese, but for medium / light Soviet motorcycles, i.e. this means we do not have a disk brake. Therefore, the order of our actions will be as follows:
- We figured out the pressure in the wheels, as it is written in theory.
- We engage 1st gear, stand on the clutch and confidently hold the front brake.
- We move as close as possible to the tank and swing the fork of the motorcycle.
- At the moment when the fork is well pressed, it is necessary not to spare gas and completely throw off the clutch. At the same time, do not move back while standing on your feet trying to press the fork of the motorcycle with your hands.
- If a motorcycle with a squeak of the front tire rushes forward, you can try to rest your feet on the steps of the motorcycle and try to hold it on the next attempt.
If the front wheel spins, check the brake pads, clean or replace.
How to burn rubber in a circle
When you have already mastered the annealing in place, you can try to draw a circle. To do this, you will need the following: When the motorcycle confidently burns rubber in place, you need to lift up and not sit on it, then start moving the back of the motorcycle with your feet to the side (in any), while you should not sharply turn the steering wheel if the front wheel starts to “leave” if you push the steering wheel harder with your weight and stop turning the steering wheel until the motorcycle stops moving forward, after that you can start turning the wheel again to draw a full circle.
For completeness, it is impossible not to mention the dangers awaiting the annealing male. Rule number one (it’s the main cowboy’s rule) is to never stand behind a wild animal. And an annealing motorcycle. Forget about this rule - you will pick out burnt rubber from the pores of the skin for another year.
And one more thing: when the rear tires rushed, it is necessary to immediately stop the annealing, otherwise the rim of the rear wheel will suffer.
The listed dangers are nothing compared to the possibility of ditching a motorcycle and yourself, simply by hammering on the asphalt. But risk is a noble cause.

Recently Max (Zverobaser) culturally asked in private - how to anneal a tire? There was an idea to make a video guide on this topic and suggest how to make it easier and bolder :). He rushed to the rescue with a bullet and with a bullet too :) Andryukha Dogg!
I don’t know how much detail we managed to shoot the video, but overcoming all the constraints and inability to speak on camera - we did it.
