Pickled jalapenos: composition, calories and nutritional value per 100 g

Jalapeno pepper
15 pcs.

Trim the jalapeno peppers.

Cut jalapenos into rings.

Set aside.

Put the garlic in a small pot.

Wine vinegar white
240 ml

Add coarse salt.

Bring to a boil, stirring so that the sugar and salt dissolve.

Press on pepper to completely immerse in marinade.

Remove from heat and leave for 10-15 minutes.

Put the pepper with tongs in a clean jar.

Pour marinade, filling the jar to the brim.

Cool to room temperature, close the lid and put in the refrigerator.

Store pepper in a tightly closed jar in the refrigerator.
